In a recent interview with BCCI.tv, the comeback boy, Yuvraj Singh talked openly about his comeback & MS Dhoni’s resignation. This interview comes days after his inclusion in the T20 and one-day international side for the upcoming England series.

“It is tough when you go through such a period in your life when you don’t know where your life is heading. I think you have just got to keep working hard. Believe that one day you will come back to the place you belong,” Yuvraj said.

“Never to give up is my attitude. Things can change in a matter of a very short time and I have had a lot of ups and downs. I’ve learnt to keep bouncing back from it. Hopefully, I will come back to where I belong,” he added.

Interestingly, Yuvraj Singh played his last ODI against South Africa 3 years ago. It was in 2013 at the Centurion. Even in that match he did not get to bat as the match was called off due to rain.

Dhoni, according to Yuvraj, still has a lot to contribute as a player and he is looking forward to playing with him.

All eyes are now set on Yuvraj Singh and how he fares out in the upcoming tour. His performance will play a pivotal role in determining his future. The selection committee and captain Virat Kohli has shown a lot of confidence in the experienced left-hander and now it is his duty to come good.
