Real Madrid will be trying to use Chelsea’s interest on Isco to lure Eden Hazard to Santiago Bernabeu. The Los Blancos are long-term admirers of the Belgian International who was reported in line to replace Cristiano Ronaldo under Julen Lopetegui during the summer transfer window.

According to El Gol Digital, Santiago Solari is keen to bring in the Chelsea forward to fill the void left by Ronaldo, who is the leading top scorer in the club’s history. There is a lack of goals for the Spanish outfit with Gareth Bale proving to be the club’s leading goalscorer with 10 goals, followed by Karim Benzema with 9. The rest have not got past the 5 goal mark this season which is forcing them to make a move early.

On the other hand, Eden Hazard has not hidden his admiration for Real Madrid and has called it a “dream” to represent the reigning European Champions one day. His contract with Chelsea expires in 2020 and this has forced Chelsea to ponder much more about the Belgian’s future at Stamford Bridge.

Eden Hazard spoke to the famous French outlet RMC Sport: “I have always liked Real Madrid as a club, with or without Zidane. At the end of this year I have 1 year left on my Chelsea contract. We will see, it’ll be up to me to make the decision.”

During early October, Eden Hazard gave another interview that he would like to join Real Madrid and reunite with Jose Mourinho yet again.

Speaking to the Telegraph, he said “I’m going to stop. Let me put it this way, if I ever play for Real Madrid, I will be very happy, and if I will never play for Real Madrid, it is because it is not allowed. And then I will be happy at Chelsea.”

“The last season under Mourinho was not pleasant anymore, we didn’t win, we got into a sort of routine, training-training without having fun, it was better for all parties that the collaboration came to an end. But if I’m now asked one coach with whom I want to work again, then I say ‘Mourinho’.

According to the Spanish publication AS, Real Madrid’s dream signing is Eden Hazard and they want to lure him away to Santiago Bernabeu as soon as possible.

Following a poor start to the season, club president Florentino Perez is keen to add Eden Hazard to their roster in the upcoming January or next summer for a cut-price deal. Since his deal expires in 2020, the fee is not expected to be ludicrous.

The Chelsea attacker has thrived under Maurizio Sarri. He has 10 goals and 9 assists to his name this season. These numbers will be making Perez desperate to land his man.

Isco has struggled to establish himself under Santiago Solari. He is desperately in need of game time. Maurizio Sarri wants the Spanish midfielder to join the Blues, and they are ready to bid 70 million Euros in the winter transfer window.

Real Madrid will be looking to add their third FIFA Club World Cup on a trot play Al Ain in UAE on Saturday.
