The (Un)Real Interview with MS Dhoni

A lot has been speculated about MS Dhoni’s position in the batting order for the Asia Cup. Indian veteran pacer Zaheer Khan believes he should bat at four.

MS Dhoni will return to Indian side for the Asia Cup after a long absence from cricketing action, as India played the five-match test series against England.

A lot has been speculated about Dhoni’s batting position in the Asia Cup 2018. With the absence of Virat Kohli, many believe that Dhoni might be promoted up the order for the tournament.

Zaheer Khan has now given his verdict on the former captain’s batting position in Asia Cup.

“Someone has to take the responsibility of number four position and it has to be MS Dhoni. If you take a look at the loses of the Indian team, they haven’t had a good start.

“Once they haven’t got off to a good start, they haven’t been able to recover from a bad start. So you need experience, you need someone who has dealt with such kind of situations and soak in the pressure at that stage, take someone along with him.

“And that’s something MS Dhoni is brilliant at”.

In a recent video, MS Dhoni can be seen providing bowling tips to Prasidh Krishna. The video also claims that Indian captain Rohit Sharma assigned the task to mentor the youngsters to MS Dhoni.
