Cleveland Cavaliers are not among the 22 teams that are invited in Orlando, for the restart. So the Cavs offseason has begun officially. They are in a rebuilding state and are looking to strengthen their roster for the next season.
Jordan Bell was not eligible to be picked by any team that is participating in the Bubble.

Shams Charania has reported that Cavs have roped in Jordan Bell on a 2 year contract, with the free agent set to join the team during the off season.

Cleveland Cavaliers has signed the big man Jordan Bell for 2 years in hope that the 6ft 8 body frame will add power to the frontcourt. Four months ago Bell signed for the Wizards G League team after he was waived by Minnesota Timberwolves on March 2. The wolves signed Bell for one year which cost them $1.6 million.
Jordan Bell already has won the NBA title, and was an important cog in the GSW wheel whilst playing at the Chase center. However, off court behaviour and the lack of sustained impact meant he had to leave the then NBA champions.

What does the future hold for Cleveland Cavaliers?
Cavs have a tough time in the 2019-20 season as they sit at the bottom of the Eastern Conference. The team will look to add some new talent by their side in the upcoming NBA draft and with Bell on their side the team can show a better performance than during the 2019-20 season.
Collin Sexton and Larry Nance Jr., as well as head coach J.B Bickerstaff, have expressed their desire to play NBA playoffs next season and it seems they are working on it by strengthening their roster.
