In a very strange gold medal run for the US Men’s Olympic team, they reached the top of the international basketball world for the fourth straight time, securing gold at Tokyo.
Team USA dropped exhibition games to both Nigeria and Australia before arriving in Tokyo, having people worried that this squad might fail to win gold. Those qualms didn’t go away after USA’s first Olympic group stage match.
They would fall to France, raising all sorts of questions about whether these players were the right fit, whether coaching was an issue and much more. Ultimately, it all worked out. On the flight back, they were all in a celebratory mood.

Uusally after winning such an event, celebrations are in order, and team USA made sure that they got their fair share of partying in on the flight.
Draymond Green recorded a video of Team USA on the plane fight, and they were all having their fun. They even called LeBron James out as you saw above.
You can clearly tell that they’ve already had their fair share of alcohol, particularly Lobos. Shannon Sharpe made sure to call them out on this point:
Team USA deserves to have this kind of fun though given all that they’ve accomplished during this run. Durant is now the highest scoring player in USA basketball history, passing Carmelo Anthony on his way there.
