"LeBron James will miss Alex Caruso dearly!": Skip Bayless draws a confusing conclusion from the Bald Eagle's departure from the Lakers in free agency

Skip Bayless makes an interesting verdict on LeBron Jame after Insiders reveal that Alex Caruso is headed to Chicago this offseason

It seems that the Chicago Bulls are looking to haul in any promising point guards that they can in free agency. Soon after the news of Lonzo Ball striking a deal with the franchise, reports revealed Alex Caruso would be leaving LeBron James and doing exactly the same.

Until now, the Bald Eagle had been the starting point guard for the Lakers and functioned as a high-value role player for the team. Simply put, if it weren’t for the arrival of Russell Westbrook, this would be a heavy loss for the Lakeshow.

Since the Brodie joined LeBron James and Anthony Davis though, this move has frankly flown a bit under the radar. But, not for Skip Bayless!

After reading up on the news on the matter, the tenured analyst delivered an interesting verdict on the matter.

“LeBron James is going to miss Alex Caruso”: Skip Bayless draws a confusing conclusion to the departure of the Bald Eagle

LeBron James may be one of the greatest of all time, but even he needs the right supporting pieces around him to win.

In that sense, Alex Caruso was perfect for the Lakers. He could function as the point guard but wasn’t overly reliant on having the ball in his hands. He can do a bit of everything on offense and is a very good defender as well. Overall, he was simply the ideal role player for a team-centered around the King. And because of this, Skip Bayless has perhaps gone off the deep end with his deductions a bit more than usual.

Here is what he tweeted out as soon as he heard the news on Caruso.

Don’t get us wrong, we love us some Bald Eagle. However, let’s be honest, he was more of a fan favorite than anything else there.

We still do think that he will have a very good career with the Bulls. However, will LeBron James really miss him? We don’t think so.
