Suns vs Clippers TV Schedule

The Phoenix Suns take on the Los Angeles Clippers tonight. Here we look at the match preview and where you can watch the game.

The 13th placed Phoenix Suns are fighting to keep their playoff hopes alive. A loss against the Clippers, in theory, could finish their hopes of securing a playoff berth. A win however, would take them upto 29 wins, putting them level with the Grizzlies.

The Suns won a very close encounter against the Mavericks. The 2-point difference was barely enough to get them over the line as the game ended 117-115. They have a 2-0 record in the NBA restart at Orlando. Devin Booker and  Deandre Ayton’s track record of scoring have helped the Suns secure these two victories.

Without Kelly Oubre Jr, the Suns have coped well in the Bubble and now with an outside chance of clinching that final playoff spot.

The Clippers are coming fresh off a victory against the Pelicans. They have a new love for playing the 3-ball, which the Suns do not have a good defence against. Booker and co. will have to ensure guarding the perimeter and keeping in check both PG and Kawhi Leonard.

Suns vs Clippers Preview

LA Clippers

Lou Williams is unlikely to start for the Clippers tonight as well. He is still placed under quarantine. The responsibility to get a compelling victory here against the Suns will fall on Reggie Jackson. His impressive performance against the Pelicans and leadership skills will definitely be required here.

PG and Kawhi have found their range in the Bubble and will want to keep the momentum going, with only a few days left for the playoffs to begin.

Los Angeles Clippers predicted lineup

Patrick Beverly, Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, Marcus Morris, Ivica Zubac.

Phoenix Suns

The trio of Devin Booker, Ricky Rubio and Deandre Ayton has been lethal when it comes to scoring in the NBA restart. They make up for over half the points the Suns have gotten in the last two games. They will surely continue to be a threat against the Clippers as well. Booker, in particular, has been in sublime form, averaging 25 points a game.

But with the Clippers having two brilliant defenders in Kawhi and Pat Bev, things wouldn’t be as easy for Booker.

Phoenix Suns predicted lineup

Ricky Rubio, Devin Booker, Mikal Bridges, Cameron Johnson, Deandre Ayton
