Sixers vs Wizards Preview

Injury to Bradley Beal has weakened the Wizards side and the Sixers will try to capitalize on that. Joel Embiid is likely to dominate the Wizards with his all-round play. He has scored 68 points, 30 rebounds, and 9 assists in only two games.

In the 2019-20 NBA season, both sides have met twice in which each holds a win. Now the conditions are different with Wizards struggling for a win.

The defense is a problem for the Sixers as they have conceded 257 points in the previous two games. They might need to improve on that if they want to go deep into the playoffs. For 76ers it is the easiest fixture, but they might not want to take this lightly as Wizards has nothing to lose and could play like a team that a point to prove.

With Tobias Harris, Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid leading the way, the Sixers should be able to brush aside the depleted Wizards with ease. They would want to wrap up this win and strive for a 5th place finish in the Eastern Conference.
