"Snitches": Patrick Beverley has a hilarious reaction to a fan still obsessing over his shove on Chris Paul

Clippers star Patrick Beverley reacts to fans asking for a bigger punishment for shoving Chris Paul to the floor at the end of the Conference Finals

Patrick Beverley isn’t perfect.

He is one of those players that isn’t scared of taking on any challenge and will do anything for his team to win. And while these traits are nice ones to have for the most part, if a player becomes reckless, their impact changes completely.

One such incident was at the end of this year’s Western Conference Finals between the Clippers and Suns. Pat Bev and Chris Paul had been going back and forth throughout this series. After the Suns won though, instead of squashing it all, they continued to go at it. And the end result?

A Beverley push and a CP3 dive to the floor.

The league has since issued a one-game suspension to the Clippers player. But while many in the NBA community have forgotten all about it by now, some are still pining for a harsher punishment. And to this, the player couldn’t help but react on Twitter.

Patrick Beverley issues a hilarious reaction to a fan requesting Adam Silver to increase the player’s punishment

Okay now, let’s be honest here. We aren’t exactly the biggest fans of Patrick Beverley either, but asking for a worse punishment than a one-game ban would frankly be too much.

We love Chris Paul, but it’s no secret that he has a tendency to make a situation look worse than it is for his benefit. So, while Beverley shouldn’t have pushed Paul at all, the situation really isn’t as bad as some fans make it out to be.

One such fan though wanted more from the league, sending a letter to Adam Silver about the same. He then posted the response he got on Twitter, something Pat Bev reacted rather hilariously to.

Take a look at the tweet below.

An appropriate reaction, to a frankly stupid fan in our opinion.
