LeBron James is hyped after Sione Takitaki’s clutch interception against the Pittsburgh Steelers to help advance the Cleveland Browns.

LeBron James and the state of Ohio have an intertwining relationship that will go down in the annals of NBA history. James was born in Akron, Ohio and played for St.Vincent St.Mary high school in Ohio. He was then drafted 1st overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers where he won two MVPs and an NBA Finals berth.

He returned to Cleveland in 2014 and made good on his promise of delivering ‘The Land’ a ring, before leaving for the Lakers in 2018.

He still roots for his hometown teams as he couldn’t contain his excitement, following a clutch play in the Cleveland Browns-Pittsburgh Steelers game.

Cleveland Browns’ Takitaki makes a clutch play which warrants a reaction from LeBron James

The NFL Playoffs are well underway and the Cleveland Browns were matched up against Juju and his Pittsburgh Steelers. The Cleveland Browns asserted their dominance from the get go as they ended the half with a 28-0 lead on the Steelers.

However, Pittsburgh seemed to want to make a late game comeback but Browns linebacker Sione Takitaki had other plans in mind. With less than 4 minutes to go in the 4th quarter, Takitaki intercepted a pass that would’ve lead to a potential TD for the Steelers.

This warranted LeBron James’s reaction on Twitter where he simply wrote, “TAKI TAKI!!”

LeBron James has been a longtime fan of the Cleveland Browns. He’s been spotted sporting their jerseys on multiple occasions in the past.

The Browns ending up winning 45-37 and eliminated the Pittsburgh Steelers from the Playoffs. Baker Mayfield and co. must now prepare for their matchup against the defending champs. The Kansas City Chiefs are favorites to win it all, led by the most valuable man in American sports.
