The only silver lining from the game for Manchester United was Tahith Chong’s free-kick, which opened the goalscoring in the match.
The youngster, who was recently given his senior debut by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the FA Cup game against Reading, scored a stunning goal through the free-kick.

Tahith Chong took a stunning free-kick in the 26th minute of the game to give Manchester United the lead in the game.
He shot the ball straight into the top-right corner, and the keeper could barely move as the speed of the shot was too high.

However, Manchester United conceded almost straight away in the game, and poor defensive errors cost them the game.
The Dutch winger was given his Manchester United debut by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer earlier this month, when he came on as a substitute in the 62nd minute for Juan Mata in the FA Cup third round clash against Reading.
Manchester United won the game 2-0.
Previously, he was an unused substitute in Jose Mourinho’s side in the Champions League game against Juventus, and in United’s 2-0 win against Newcastle under Solskjaer in the first game of 2019.
