Team India needs to get their act together as they face South Africa in the second test match at Centurion on Saturday.

One of the biggest questions for India heading into second test is whether or not they will pick Rahane in the starting line-up. The team decided to go with the in-form Rohit Sharma for the match, as Rahane was controversially dropped from the side.

But after Rohit failed to perform in Cape Town, Kohli will surely be under pressure to play Rahane in Durban. India cannot afford to lose the second test match, which is why the team management must consider bringing back Ajinkya Rahane.

Shikhar Dhawan’s inconsistency at the top is another concern, as the Delhi batsman has never really performed on a consistent basis outside Asia. A match winner in the limited overs format, Dhawan has never really translated his form in to the test arena, as his technique often gets exposed on foreign soil.

KL Rahul on the other hand performed admirably on India’s last tour to Australia, as the Karnataka opener scored a hundred and looked the part early on in his career.

Hardik Pandya’s inclusion though drew a lot of praise from everyone, as the Baroda all-rounder was one of the biggest positives from the match.

Pandya’s attacking 93 and steady bowling during the match will hold India in good stead in not only in the South Africa, but also in the highly anticipated tests against England and Australia later this year.

Ashwin should also keep his place, even though he hardly got a bowl in the second innings. Clearly there are many things to ponder on for Virat Kohli.

In the below video, we can see the team participating in a novel training drill, as they try to keep their spirits up before the all-important clash on Saturday.
