401-lbs Shaquille O'Neal's Crazy 6-Pack Transformation!

Shaquille O’Neal revealed an amazing transformation, shedding about 36 pounds. 

401 pounds to 365 pounds 

Targetting 345 lbs, he wants muscles "everywhere" & hopes to do an underwear ad with his son for Fruit of the Loom!

Big Shaq, now 50 years old, also added that he wants to be a “S*x Symbol”

What is Shaquille O’Neal’s Workout Routine?

Shaq called his workout a “simple, old man workout.”

“Can’t do all that CrossFit stuff”

He does about 20 minutes of cardio followed by chest, biceps, triceps, sit-ups & back. About an hour a day, strict schedule.

Funnily adding, “An hour a day will keep the Charles Barkley belly away".

Shaq also cut out his Oreos & cakes, switching to protein shakes, chicken, fish, fruits, asparagus & other vegetables in mindful portions.
