Adam Silver Speaks up on Ja Morant’s Fate After Recent Social Media Clip With a Firearm

Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant finds himself in trouble once again after flashing a gun on social media.

This incident occurred a few days back when Ja Morant was spotted holding a gun while being live on a friend's Instagram

Earlier this season, Morant was suspended for a few games for the exact same reason.

The NBA has a very strict policy against firearms and Morant has violated that for the second time now.

The Grizzlies issued a statement on the issue saying he is suspended from all team activities pending a league review.

In a recent interview NBA commissioner Adam Silver shared his thoughts on the incident.

He said, "I at least was left with the sense that he was taking this incredibly seriously. Honestly, I was shocked when I saw this weekend… I’m assuming the worst."
