LeBron James credits giving up pork for keeping peak fitness

LeBron James has demonstrated incredible willpower by abstaining from pork for almost a decade! This is due to the food's high fat content and lack of nutritional value.

As reported by Chris Haynes of Cleveland.com, James claims that eliminating pork from his diet has helped him stay fit and maintain a high level of play as his career has advanced.

He claimed he has avoided eating pork for the past seven years. About ten years ago, one of his relatives initially suggested he give it a try to see if he may feel better physically.

"Oh, you can tell the difference," James told cleveland.com. "It's in how I recover, the energy I have. It has helped a lot with my performance. Overall, I've just been feeling good."

"It has worked for me," James said to cleveland.com. "It has been one of the best things I've decided to do for my career."


According to Haynes, James eats a lot of chicken, fish, and other nutritious foods.

James has already reached the finals ten times since giving up pork over fourteen years ago! James' career appears to have greatly benefited from a seemingly insignificant alteration.
