During a recent Twitch stream, Lita recalled the infamous segment. She revealed that she wasn’t comfortable it and even John Cena and Edge tried to talk Vince McMahon out of it. The WWE Chairman however, remained unmoved.

Instead, he chose to threaten to give her the sack. Lita would eventually agree but would leave the company afterwards shortly anyway. Unsurprisingly, she was buried on her way out with Cryme Tyme selling her lingerie and s*x toys among others on her last night.

The segment would go on to become one of the highest rated segments in the history of WWE. Knowing the story behind it now paints it in a much different light now. What was polarizing once is now downright shocking and disgustingly cruel.

The WWE and her seem to have made amends since. She has been a constant presence as a legend of the women’s division in the WWE. She also worked as a trainer and commentator in the promotion between 2015 and 2108.

Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
