If you thought things could not get any worse for the Delhi Dardevils, you were wrong. The Daredevils had to win this match in order to keep their playoff hopes alive, but a woeful batting display saw them dismissed for a partly 67 runs in 17 .1 overs. Twitter laughs at Delhi’s shambolic batting display !
Sandeep Sharma was the star man for the Kings XI Punjab side as he picked up four wickets while only giving away 20 runs in his four overs. He was well supported by the likes of Axar Patel and company as the Punjab bowlers ripped apart the Delhi lineup.
Rahul Dravid could scarcely believe his eyes as he saw his youthful side collapse spectacularly to one of the lowest totals in the history of the IPL.

This was surely the final nail in the coffin for the Delhi Daredevils as this will put an end to any playoff hopes that they were harboring before the match. A lot of credit needs to be given to the Kings XI as they also needed to perform in this match to stand a chance for the playoffs.
They did take their chance but it must be said that Delhi did not really put up much of a fight did they ?

Oh dear, #DelhiDaredevils batting like on a one-way ticket to nowhere. Desperately need a pick-me-up. Question is: where do they find it?

Problem with @DelhiDaredevils is that they are running an academy and not a team. #KXIPvDD #IPL
