Euro 2016 Poland vs Switzerland: Preview, Head to Head and Predicted Lineups
Fixture: Euro 2016 Poland vs Switzerland
Venue: Stade Geoffroy-Guichard
Time: 6:30 P.M. IST

Poland have done extremely well to have made this far without their star man, Robert Lewandowski, who has been bereft of his inherent goal scoring abilities in this tournament. While that was not something Poland would have been looking forward to coming into this tournament, but knowing that they can survive and progress despite any significant contribution from Lewandowski would give a lot of confidence to the side.
Switzerland have had an identical group stage, qualifying as the second team in their group and that too without any significant contribution from their star man, Xherdan Shaqiri.

Goals haven’t been easy to come for both these sides, as they have scored just 2 goals in 3 games. But their defence has been resolute and that is what both these teams would be banking on in order to progress to the next round.
The favourable top half of the knockout stage would provide even more incentive to both these sides, as a win today would ensure a great opportunity to go deep into the tournament.
