Arsenal have been quite active in the transfer market, with three signings already made this summer. The Gunners have completed the transfers of Stephan Lichtsteiner, Bernd Leno and Sokratis Papastathopoulos. Besides, Arsenal have also completed the deals for Uruguayan star Lucas Torreira, and French youngster Matteo Guendouzi.

Both the players arrived at the North London club on Monday this week to complete their medicals. While Torreira was announced yesterday, Arsenal completed the signing of the French star today.

But even after making five signings in this transfer window, Arsenal are not willing to rest. According to Sporting Bild, Arsenal are eyeing Ante Rebic from Croatia.

Rebic’s performances for Croatia at the World Cup haven’t gone unnoticed. Ante Rebic has been one of the revelations for Croatia in the World Cup this year, and it seems like the big clubs have taken notice of the winger.

Rebic, who plays for Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga, is attracting interests from big clubs, like Manchester United and Arsenal.

However, the Croatian coach says that Rebic destination should not be Premier League, but the defending champions of Germany. According to Ivica Olic, “Rebic is one for Bayern.”

Meanwhile, Sporting Bild also reports that if Arsenal or Manchester United want to sign the player, they will have to pay 50m for his transfer.

The English outlet also reports that Tottenham have also been monitoring the player.

Meanwhile, Unai Emery has begun the training session at Arsenal this week, and is keen on wrapping up the deals to prepare for the new season. The North London club will have a blockbuster start to their Premier League season, as they face the defending champions Manchester City.
