Arsenal and Chelsea both set to be looking for a goalkeeping overhaul for next season, as Courtois is almost certain to leave Chelsea and Petr Cech not performing according to expectations at Arsenal.
Arsenal have already recruited £19m Bernd Leno and Cech would in all likelihood not be Arsenal’s number one next season.
According to Sky Sports journalist Kaveh Solhekol, Chelsea are eyeing Petr Cech as a replacement for Courtois, if the Belgian ultimately decides to leave London for a move to Madrid.
Kasper Schmeichel has also been identified as a potential replacement with Allison now out of contention, with Liverpool almost having sealed the deal with the Brazilian goalkeeper.
Chelsea are considering re-signing Petr Cech If they sell Thibaut Courtois to Real Madrid, Sky sources understand.

A return for Petr Cech would be a romantic story in English football, wherein Cech was first pushed away to make room for a young Courtois, and after Courtois ‘lost interest’ in the Chelsea project, the Chelsea veteran is in line to replace him.
Arsenal fans would remember Cech in good light, as the old man put up some fine performances for the club in a period where Arsenal needed some solidarity at the back.
However, Cech hasn’t quite been up to his ‘Chelsea level’ and the Arsenal fans wouldn’t mind him leaving on good terms, especially with Leno already in London.
