Denver Nuggets Vs LA Clippers

DEN Vs LAC Dream 11 Prediction: Denver Nuggets Vs LA Clippers. Denver make amends for game 1 but hitting back hard in the subsequent face off.

Dismiss Denver Nuggets at your own peril this season. The side scripted of the most remarkable bounce backs of the season against Utah Jazz in the playoffs with the same grit and gustiness on show against the Clippers the last time around.

Schooled in game 1 of the conference semi-finals, Denver Nuggets refused that thumping to affect their approach. The side came back roaring in the subsequent outing to defeat the Raptors 110-101 and draw level in the series at 1-1.

It was once again a well endowed performance from the side, one which rode on some individual shows of brilliance in attack and a well rounded effort defensively. Buoyed by that performance, Denver will come hot out of the blocks today as they look to once again leave LA Clippers in tatters.

Probable Winner

With attack waning the last time around, the Clippers had little chance of salvaging a win on the day. However, the side will not massively be ruing the result with the team well aware of its calibre.

This is a team filled to the brim with worldclass names, players who’ll pull off the points in the paint today to once again ease to a lead in the series.

Probable Playing 5

Denver Nuggets

Grant, Paul, Nikola, Jamal, Michael

LA Clippers

Kawhi, Ivica, Paul, Landry, Jackson

Dream 11 Picks

Point Guard

Limited minutes had absolutely no effect of Monte Morris’ numbers in game 2. Despite being asked to play a role as a substitute, he still pulled off 10 points to see him hold down his spot in our framework.

Shooting Guard

His shooting was not quite at the level he’s known for but Kawhi Leonard managed to make up for it elsewhere. He came up with 8 dimes and 10 boards, a performance which saw him take his side to within grasps of a win on the day.

Gary Harris returned to Denver Nuggets’ shooting arounds and he justified the trust reposed in him. With his highest scoring display of the bubble, he pulled off a clinical 13 point showing to see him be inducted into our side.

Torrey Craig has regressed massively in form but the shooting guard will still find a place in our side. He’s still getting reasonable minutes, ones which allow him to use his handles to lay down the jump shots.

Small Forward

After being lambasted and blown apart for his lacklustre displays in the playoffs, Paul George decided to get his house in order. He’s back functioning at his imperious best, a player whose helping bridge the gap in attack for the club with 22 points, 4 assists and 8 rebounds in game 2.

Power Forward

A double-double made up of 10-11 was a pleasantly surprising contribution from JaMychal Green. He touched the roof with that display with the showing being his most sublime display of the bubble.

Centre

While he was once again pinch perfect in shooting inside the paint with 15 points, Ivica Zubac really won us over with his 9 rebounds.

Denver Nuggets on the other hand see the indomitable Nikola Jovic be instilled in our side. He’s probable for the encounter but with 26 points and 18 rebounds in game 2, we don’t see Denver Nuggets risking leaving him out for the skirmish.

Star Player

His double-doubles all across the season made Kawhi a must have pick as the star player while Nikola is the pro player.

Dream 11 Team

Morris, Kawhi, Harris, Craig, Paul, Green, Jokic, Zubac
