Kylian Mbappe scores a hat-trick against Club Brugge after coming on as a substitute in the Champions League group stage match.

Kylian Mbappe has once again made his mark in Paris as the generational talent scored a hat-trick against Club Brugge in the 3rd game-week of the Champions League.

It was thrilling to see Mbappe live in action with his all pace, and it makes it even better, as Mbappe arrived from an injury which compelled him to miss initial matches of the season.

Now, it seems that the French International is back at his best. Moreover, with Neymar out for some time, Mbappe has the responsibility to fulfil the goal demands, and with tonight’s performance, it doesn’t seem that he has a problem in it.

Mbappe came off the bench seven minutes into the second-half replacing Maxim Choupo-Moting and it took only 9 minutes for him to double the score in the tally.

Further two minutes to set up Mauro Icardi to make it 3-0. He then scored two more goals to complete his hat-trick to see his side win 5-0. Now, PSG is at the top of the group after being undefeated in all 3 matches.

The score was also opened by Icardi in the 7th minute of the game, as the Argentine International smashes a half-volley after the ball reaches to him from Angel Di Maria.

On the other hand, Club Brugge now sits at the 3rd position of the group but had they been able to defend the scoreline against Real Madrid, then there could have been at a position to proceed further in the tournament.

But now, their chances seem slim as Real Madrid has managed to grind a win against Galatasaray in the other fixture of this group. Nevertheless, PSG’s qualification to the next round seems almost done.
