Maurizio Sarri to Juventus: Major breakthrough in Chelsea manager's move to Juventus after Europa League triumph

Maurizio Sarri’s agent has scheduled a meeting to force a move from Chelsea to Juventus.

Chelsea were in danger of missing out on Champions League football at one stage, but they procured that competition with an additional silverware as well. Maurizio Sarri has often been criticised for some reasons now and then, but he has worked well to finish third in the league and win the Europa League.

During this season, Sarri’s departure has been talked upon despite his arrival last summer. It has been that kind of a rollercoaster ride for the Blues, but they are on good terms as the season concluded yesterday. Juventus sacked Massimiliano Allegri for his failure to progress in the Champions League.

Many managers including Maurizio Sarri has been linked with the Italian Champions ever since then. According to the reliable Gianluca Di Marzio, Sarri’s agent Fali Ramadani will fly to the United Kingdom to hold a meeting with representatives of Chelsea today.

Fali is currently in Milan, but he is anticipated to fly in some hours as per the reports. He is travelling with a mission to force a move from Chelsea to Juventus following the Europa League triumph in Baku.

After lifting the accolade yesterday, the chance of prising him away is a daunting task. It is believed that Chelsea would demand compensation fees given the success he has achieved and the consequent interruption of a possible winning cycle with Sarri at the helm of the Blues.

Moreover, Sarri has expressed his desire to speak with the club to find out what they think of his job overall this season. The final decision will arise from the meeting.

Frank Lampard has been linked with a possible return to Stamford Bridge as a manager, but the Blues will hope to keep hold of Maurizio Sarri currently.

Here’s how Twitter reacted..

What’s next?

Chelsea will find it harder to secure the services of a new manager with no transfer budget. The club has been hit with a transfer ban which will come back to haunt them.
