"Only Stephen Curry can do all this": Jrue Holiday and JJ Redick rave about the Warriors legend's ability to knock down impossible shots

Jrue Holiday outlines the unhinged greatness of Stephen Curry and talk about his impact on kids playing the game today.

Don’t call it a comeback, because he never left. Stephen Curry has been in basketball god-made during just about every game this season. The player is breaking records left and right, and recently had one of the hottest streaks in NBA history, scoring over 30 points for 11 consecutive games.

And of course, as his usage has been dialed up by the Golden State Warriors, the Chef has increased the craziness of his shooting as well. His isolation and pull-up threes have been dialed to 11 this season. Simply put, Stephen Curry has been the closest thing to unstoppable this season.

Jrue Holiday has often been called the best defensive guard in the NBA by many, including Curry. But it seems even he is baffled as to what to do.

The 30-year-old recently sat down with JJ Reddick to discuss Stephen Curry, and made sure we knew how mind-blowing the greatness of the Warriors star really is.

Jrue Holiday and JJ Reddick gush on about the greatness of Stephen Curry

Jrue Holiday is one of the best players in the league himself. As previously mentioned, he is regarded by many in the NBA, as the best defensive guard in the league. The Bucks star has been part of 2 All-Defensive teams, and also has an All-Star appearance to his name.

Jrue Holiday recently got on “The Old man and the Three”, hosted by his former teammate and Mavericks star, JJ Reddick. And during their time on the show, Reddick brought up Stephen Curry’s performances this season, and his greatness overall.

Redick: “He’s tapped into something — some transcendent level of consciousness or something …

Holiday: “Bro, oh my God.”

Redick: “The things he even tries!”

Holiday: “He’s putting this in the little kids’ heads, like this is OK to try. No, it’s not OK to try. Only he can do this.”

Indeed, there is no way kids should be trying that right off the bat. It was a long time before Stephen Curry could pull up from deep like he does today.

However, that’s just what revolutionizing the game does right? And we are glad we are here to see it.
