PDP vs CHC Dream 11 Prediction: Pondicherry Predators look to keep their season alive after scrappy win against TLB.
With the Bangalore Rhinos relentless in their previous set of fixtures, the pressure couldn’t have gotten anymore higher on the Pondicherry Predators’ shoulders. In what looked to be a certain top 2 spot in Zone A for them after the group stage matches came to an end, the inter zonal matches have completely turned things up on their head.
They are not trailing the Rhinos by 5 points, albeit having placed a match less to find themselves in deep trouble as we head towards the final set of fixtures.
Having managed to just scrape by the Telegu Bull, the Predators need to ascertain that they make most of their win on Monday.
When the Chennai Challengers face them in the first of two matches on Tuesday, things are by stretch going to be easy for them though. They’ll be up against a side who are themselves looking to consolidate their second place in Zone B and coming off a raiding spree which has taken them to two consecutive wins.
This is a match which is set to be an attacking feast. Although the Predators have the second best defence in the league, the Challengers attacking facet of Elyaraja and Arya has been just too good off late.
And not to mention the calamity which the Challengers themselves have been at the back, leaking raiding points left, right and centre to allow team to traverse past them attacking points comfortably.
What should work in the Challengers favour at the end of the day is the momentum they’ve garnered recently and the fact that the Predators have relatively not been so inconsistent in the attacking department. It won’t be a one sided match by any imagination but in the end CHC should be able to do just about enough in their quest for a win.
PDP vs CHC Dream 11 Prediction
Defenders for PDP vs CHC Dream 11
We are not going to accord much faith in the defenders for this match and that will see us pick just the one defender each from the two sides. From the Challengers, we are going to pick up Mofimondal, the one player who has managed to bulk up things in a defence which has conceded 344 points upfront. Against the Predators who have found it tough to get going at times, he could do well.

We have a trio of defenders to pick from the Predators but we’ll be opting for Rakesh for this particular encounter given how he’s developed over the season. Now a mainstay in their say, he likes catapulting raiders and could be up amongst the points.
All-rounders for PDP vs CHC Dream 11
We wish we had the opportunity to select more names from this facet of the game but unfortunately the limit is just 2 and there are two picks for the same. Sunil Kumar will come straightaway into our side from the Chennai Challengers given his consistency and acute awareness of the game. Be it at the front or back, he truly leads with the specialist capabilities and is going to bring home a bunch of points for us.
The Predators also have an obvious pick in Kumar. Their highest scorer this season, both his raiding and tackling capabilities have been exceptional, significantly carrying his side to the stage in which they find themselves in.
Raiders for PDP vs CHC Dream 11
We will be welcoming 3 raiders into our side for the fixture with Elyaraja from the challengers the first name who is going to be ticked off our list. While CHC have kept trying to find his accompanying partner, he has all the while kept going steadily to keep getting Super 10s and a strong bunch of tacking points every match.
In Venkatesh though, they seemed to have finally found his partner and he will be our second pick for the night.
Despite their being no one who has widely impressed from PDP, Arya is someone who has managed to get good points recently. He had to pick a player from PDP given the nature of the Challengers dismal defence and we’ll be going in with him.
