They are taking on bronze medal winners at the Hockey World Cup, a side who’ll spare no expense in trying and pushing Canada as close as they can for top spot in the pool.

They have experience in recent times, having scoured through the FIH Indoor Hockey World Cup and have impressed in regional tournaments but in the third and culminating leg of the FIH Women’s Series Final, Namibia have been massively exposed. Throughout the tournament, a paper thin defence has been left picking up the pieces and trying to paper over the ever increasing cracks.

Come Spain, although we would love to give Namibia a chance, we just can’t. They have been extremely poor and Spain will make the most of their lopsided defiance to win this one with ease.
