Roman Reigns talks about beating the Undertaker and John Cena in the same year
A second spear and a clean pin fall was all it took for Roman Reigns to silence the huge crowd at Orlando, as the Big Dog beat and seemingly retired the legendary Undertaker earlier this year at Wrestlemania 33.
It was one of those career defining moments that don’t often come in one’s career as the Samoan powerhouse reached the zenith of his already impressive career. Little did he know that there was another massive victory in store for him just a few months later.
There is no doubt that John Cena will certainly find his name among the upper echelons of the WWE. The leader of the Cenation carried the company for almost a decade as the company hitched their bandwagon on the broad shoulders of John Cena.

Now seemingly in the last phase of his incredible career, John Cena needed to give a rising star a massive push in his career.
Step in Roman Reigns.
After pinning the Undertaker in the main event of Wrestlemania, Reigns notched up another humongous victory by beating John Cena at the No Mercy pay per view.
So which victory does the Big Dog prefer? This is what he had to say,
“Beating Cena was more satisfying but it was bigger moment obviously for me beating The Undertaker in one of the biggest Wrestlemania’s of all time.”
“It was just one of those moments in my career that’ll shine no matter what happens or who I get in the ring with. Being in the ring with The Undertaker in the main event, that speaks for itself but there is something very satisfying about beating John Cena.”
