Kevin De Bruyne Injury: Manchester City star leaves Tottenham game with apparent injury
Kevin De Bruyne Injury: Manchester City’s attacking midfielder has been forced to substitute after suffering an injury.
Manchester City invited Tottenham Hotspur to the Etihad Stadium for the second time in four days after suffering a setback in the Champions League. The Citizens, who were on the receiving end on Wednesday are focussing to put their disappointments away to lift the Premier League title.
Pep Guardiola made plenty of changes to the starting lineup, by lining up the young Phil Foden in the eleven instead of the experienced David Silva. John Stones, Aleksander Zinchenko, and Bernardo Silva replaced Vincent Kompany, and Benjamin Mendy paved way for the youngsters.

On the other hand, Mauricio Pochettino was forced to make plenty of changes because of fatigue and injuries. Paulo Gazzaniga started in place of the skipper Hugo Lloris to prevent the ball from going in. Erik Dier and Ben Davies started in place of Victor Wanyama and Danny Rose.
It was a high-intensity game and Spurs suffered the first set back when Sergio Aguero’s cushioned header fell for Phil Foden who had to tap the ball in from close range. It was the first goal in the blue shirt for the youngster who has come through the attacking ranks.
