Aaron Wan Bissaka’s performance against Manchester City was terrific, with him stopping Raheem Sterling as shown in his highlights.

Manchester United had one of the best nights of their current Premier League season as they defeated their local rivals Manchester City in the Premier League clash last night.

Bruno Fernandes and Anthony Martial were exceptional and led the team to the victory. But amidst, all of this, fans appreciated Aaron Wan Bissaka’s performance against Pep Guardiola’s side.

He wasn’t dribbled past during the 90 minutes and won 11 duels, four tackles and made eight recoveries. He even contributed going forward with three dribbles and completing 18 passes.

Most importantly he kept his compatriot Raheem Sterling quiet throughout the game, propelling the Red Devils’ fans to applaud the young right-back’s efforts last night.

Several videos have surfaced on social media of Wan Bissaka giving a strong performance at the Old Trafford and winning all the duels coming in his way.

The 22-year-old right-back has been impressive for Manchester United since his debut for the club. He was hyped after the English giants signed him for £50 million in the summer from Crystal Palace.

Initially, his lack of involvement in the attack was considered to be a major drawback of him but he has slowly learnt to come upfront and contribute in the buildup process of manchester United’s attacks.

With the Euro 2020 nearing, Gareth Southgate now would be puzzled to select between Trent Alexander Arnold, Kieran Trippier and Wan Bissaka, as all three are doing wonderfully and contribute differently to the team.
