Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain triggers Man Utd fans after full-time vs Liverpool in their encounter at the Premier League yesterday at Old Trafford.
Manchester United dished out a much-improved performance against arch rivals Liverpool yesterday. The club in turmoil looked like a side transformed. They stretched Liverpool to eek a point out of the match. However, Solskjaer’s men will feel like they missed a golden chance last night.

Manchester United led the match 1-0 until the 85th minute. At one point, it even seemed like they would hand Jurgen Klopp his first loss this season. However, Liverpool took advantage of a defensive lapse to find the equaliser through substitute Adam Lallana. Liverpool’s unbeaten run still continues. However, their winning streak has now come to an end.
Jurgen Klopp seemed miffed at the refereeing in the match and also accused United of playing too defensively. Manchester United’s former manager Jose Mourinho suggested that Klopp’s frustrations stemmed from having never beaten Manchester United at the Old Trafford.
Roy Keane on the other hand, was extremely upset at Manchester United and Liverpool players exchanging pleasantries before the match.
“I’m disgusted with players [scenes in the tunnel]. You’re going to war, they’re hugging and kissing,” Keane said.
“Don’t even look at the opposition. You’re going into battle against them.”
And it seems that Manchester United fans agree with their former captain. Liverpool’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain looked like he was attempting to annoy the home fans with a fist bump. The Red Devils supporters however, were in no mood to humor the midfielder

The 26-year old, who came in as a substitute in the second half, was heckled by United fans while he warmed up in front of them. Chamberlain decided to have some fun with them after full time as he offered them a fist-bump.
The annoyed fans however, decided to tell him off instead. Chamberlain didn’t seem all too bothered with the rejection. Instead, he just shrugged and left with a smile still plastered on his face.
