Alisson suffers an injury vs Norwich City
In the 35th minute of the match, Alisson slipped while taking a regulation goal kick. However, the Brazilian couldn’t get up on his own and called for medical attention on the field. Alisson was helped back up and he limped his way out with his arms around a physiotherapist. The star keeper walked out to huge applause and chants of his name.

He was replaced with new recruit Adrian, who recently swapped his West Ham kit for Liverpool. The unexpected debut could end up as an extended run in front of the goal with fears that Alisson may be out of the season with a torn calf or an ACL.
Alisson was not missed for the remainder of the first half as Liverpool scored another goal after his substitution. Goals from Salah, Van Dijk and Origi along with an own goal from Grant Hanley saw Liverpool end the first half in a dominant position. However, against tougher opponents, the Reds will severely miss Alisson who had a phenomenal showing last season.
HT: #LFC 4 Norwich 0: It's a rout at Anfield. Hanley OG followed by goals for Salah, Van Dijk and Origi. Party mood dented somewhat by Alisson's injury – massive blow for the rampant Reds.
