Arsenal News: Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang could leave Arsenal by the end of this season. The club is currently attempting to convince him to stay at the Emirates.
Arsenal’s struggles in the past decade and more is well documented. The side that once regularly challenged Manchester United for supremacy in the Premier League have eventually fallen from their pedestal as a top 4 spot began to become more than enough for them.

The Gunner’s however, did not anticipate the rise of Manchester City and local rivals Tottenham. The side that were previously mocked for always coming 4th are now struggling to even hold on to the last Champions League spot!
They have languished in the Europa League for the last two seasons and finished 5th last season. The club have had a very mixed season so far and doubts over a Champions League qualification have begun to surface again; despite the league still only a quarter done.
Arsenal are currently unbeaten in the Europa League. They have more or less ensured their qualification to the knock out stages. A Europa triumph will also help them win promotion to the Champions League. However, to win the Europa is very uncertain. A top 4 spot is a much more safer route to Europe’s Elite competition.
However, there are huge doubts over Arsenal and Unai Emery’s quality to get the job done. It seems that certain players have begun to question their futures at the club that once ruled the English Top-flight.
Could Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang leave Arsenal by the end of this season?
According to the Telegraph, Arsenal strikers Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette could very well leave North London if the club fail to make it to the top 4. Arsenal’s inconsistencies with their results have led to chaos between the club and its fans.
We can’t defend. We can’t attack. We have no recognised style. Our highest earner can’t make the bench. Our captain is having a feud with the fans. Torreira is seen as a squad player. Lacazette & Aubameyang will apparently leave if we miss out on top four. We are a mess.

Ozil being forced out. No sign of Aubameyang & Lacazette signing new deals. The club captain situation is a joke. Fans booing players and abusing them on social media. Players cant understand our manager. No fixed style of settled team. Defence still doggy. Torreira frozen out.

Recently their skipper Granit Xhaka was booed and jeered by their own fans. Xhaka’s response didn’t win him hearts or applauses around the stadium. The atmosphere around the club and the manner in which they’ve played could result in Arsenal fighting a huge fight to keep Aubameyang and Lacazette.
The Gabonese striker has a year left on his contract. However, his lack of commitment to an extension and Arsenal’s poor run at the moment means that Unai Emery is in deep trouble and could be sacked if Arsenal do not make it to the top 4 at least.
