Manchester City have virtually lost the Premier League race to Liverpool despite the Red’s shock loss to Watford on Saturday night. They may no longer emulate their domestic treble from last season. However, they are still in the running for a cup treble following their march to the Carabao Cup final and their win over Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabeu in the first leg of their Champions League clash.

They are also still in the running for the FA Cup.

City will have the chance to clinch the first of the 3 cups when they take on Aston Villa at the Wembley stadium for the Carabao Cup final. However, despite being overwhelming favorites, Aston Villa will not be pushovers, as Leicester learned the hard way in their 2-legged semi-final.

Following their semi-final win though, Villa have lost 3 matches on the trot, conceding at least 2 goals every match. Man City in contrast, are coming off a huge win over Real Madrid. It seems likelier, that City will win their third Carabao Cup in a row. However, nothing is for certain in football as Liverpool’s loss on Saturday will tell you and Villa will hope to do a Watford at Wembley.
