Brentford miss three successive chances in a hilarious fashion

Brentford FC has missed three successive chances coming in their way against Barnsley.

Brentford travelled to Barnsley in the hopes of securing a victory. It was end-to-end stuff as both sides were attacking throughout the game.

The hosts were daring to come over on top and opened the scoring through their striker Cauley Woodrow. The score remained unaltered for the next 34 minutes until Brentford striker Ollie Watkins found the back of the net.

Four minutes later, the Bees had yet another chance – this time to lead the game. The ball was played over the caught out centre-backs, who failed to pick out the run of Ollie Watkins once again. But, he missed this chance like how we do in the FIFA.

The striker hit the crossbar and it ricochets and fell kindly to dispatch it once again. The same pattern repeated as he just found how strong was the crossbar with a ferocious hit which again struck the upright for the second time.

Just like the second chance, the ball kindly fell for his teammate Said Benrahma, who missed an open net from close range. Not one person inside the stadium believed they failed to score from three extraordinary situations.

To make up things, Brentford’s number 11 Ollie Watkins scored twice in the second half to register a victory. It was a very good game for the visitors, but those three blatant misses cannot be comprehended.
