Cesc Fabregas posts emotional message for his former Arsenal teammate Jose Antonio Reyes, as the latter passed away in a car crash.

Football fraternity was shocked and left in despair as reports of Jose Antonio Reyes’ death circulated the internet. His previous clubs and several colleagues poured in messages to show their condolences.

The news was first confirmed by Reyes’ boyhood club Sevilla, as the club posted the news of the car crash. The late player was the youngest player to play for Sevilla at the age of 16. Later, he rose upto the fame after being part of Arsenal’s invincible squad.

Further, he helped Real Madrid to win the league and currently he was a part of Extremadura. The player had a decorated career and played among several legends.

Many of his previous teammates were close to him and paid their tributes. One person among them is Cesc Fabregas, who penned a heartfelt message for his ex-teammate and shared his precious moments with him.

The message touched several fans online, as for many the Spanish footballer was a childhood hero.

Cesc Fabregas played with Reyes when the former signed for the Gunners while he was 16-year-old and stayed together until Reyes went to Real Madrid on a loan and eventually signed for Atletico Madrid later.
