Christian Pulisic goal Vs Manchester City: Chelsea star's goal brings Liverpool to lift Premier League title earlier

Christian Pulisic goal Vs Manchester City: Watch Chelsea star assisting Liverpool to lift title earlier than before with Citizens set to drop points.

Chelsea’s clash against Manchester City was a crucial game for the Premier League as in a way it was about to schedule when Liverpool will be able to lift the title.

If Manchester City drop points against Chelsea, then Liverpool automatically wins the league, otherwise, it has to wait a bit longer to claim themselves as the Champions of England.

To much relief to the Reds, Manchester City is on the verge of dropping points at the Stamford Bridge after Christian Pulisic scored a sensational goal against Pep Guardiola’s side.

Chelsea triumphs on the counter-attack after Manchester City lost the ball in the midfield, as Benjamin Mendy and Ilkay Gundogan both left the ball to each other.

And Pulisic took advantage of this ambiguity presented by Manchester City players. The 21-year-old star dribbled the ball past Manchester City’s half as Mendy was helpless against his pace and agility.

Pulisic then calmly lobbed the ball past Ederson to take a lead against the visitors in the first half of the game. The sight did incite emotions among Liverpool and Chelsea fanbases as the Premier League broadcasters showed Liverpool supporters on the screens rejoicing over the goal.

Although, everything is not over as Kevin De Bruyne took a skilful free-kick to equalize the score. Whereas, Raheem Sterling came close to overturning the lead, but was unlucky as the ball hit the post.

Now, it remains to be seen who will stand tall at the end of this tussle. Will Chelsea score another or Manchester City pounce on further opportunities, whatever happens, Liverpool fans are truly biting their nails more than anyone.
