Clan Wars 2.0 bugs: Glitches & bugs produce crazy situations of all sorts as players suffer from unfair war mechanics, visual bugs and more.

So, Clan Wars 2.0 has been here about 10 days now. And it’s safe to say that the community’s response has not been very positive. It is also safe to say that Supercell really messed it up. What, with the absence of level caps in war battles and all, things are very unfair right now. However, that is not the end of the new War’s woes.

Clan Wars 2.0 bugs.

The game is full of bugs and glitches of all sorts at present. The community on Reddit is putting something new and jaw dropping every day. Of course, not all of them are actually bugs. Some just include players not understanding the game’s rules. However, it is safe to say that most of them are. Now, if we go on to list all of them here, it’ll take a while. So, we’ll stick to most common ones that Supercell next to fix. That too fast! Because players are rage quitting the game as we speak.

Clan Wars 2.0 bugs: Problem in the War process.

The first, and this has received a lot of attention already, has to do with the universal reset time for war decks. If you are an active player of the game and have tried out Clan Wars 2.0, you will know by now that all of your decks reset at a fixed time every day. However, this is not just the case with your war decks. It’s the same with everyone playing the game.

You see, a fixed time zone is used for this purpose. This ends up giving players in some parts of the world more time to attack. As a result, it is unfair for some players who find a war is over before they get their last set of attacks in. Now, Supercell is aware of the problem. They are also trying to fix it. However, for the time being, it is a major bug in the whole process.

The second major bug in the game is the absence of an entry cap for players joining a war. This is helping some clans cheat their way to victory. What they try to do is, get players in and out of clan asap after they finish their war attacks. So, more than 50 players end up helping a clan’s war boat. Sometimes, way more than 50. This is yet another fair play issue. And it is one that needs a quick fix.

Apart from these two, there are no major bugs for now. However, there are lots of minor ones. Some players, for eg., have found themselves thrown out of a war battle before it gets over. There are also lots of visual bugs and often the info showed on screen does not match the actual in-game results.

The General bugs.

Up next, we come to general bugs in the game. These are bugs that are not a part of the war process but have come to the game after the Clan Wars 2.0 update.

For this, how can we get by with no mention of the infamous 1 card deck glitch in 2v2? Supercell will certainly fix it soon. But, for now, it is great fun. In many ways, Supercell’s biggest mess up has turned into their best move. In the bug, you can play using a deck that does not need to have 8 cards. To know more about this bug and having fun with it, check out this video.

Like our last one, this next bug is also quite funny and harmless. It has to do with the now faulty tips in-game. Supercell updated the game for the new Clan Wars. But, by the looks of it, they forgot to update their tips menu. When in the loading screen, the game still tells you to finish your quests. It also asks you to complete your collection day battles and earn clan cards. As you and I both know, none of those exist! Apart from this, bugs are also found in the copy-paste feature. Some cards do not get copied correctly. Thus, it leads to faulty decks. The list goes on and on.

You can get a good look at some more of them here.

For now, let’s hope Supercell fixes the Faulty Wars 2.0. Yes, that’s what we’re calling in now. Let’s also hope that the players that have quit, return.

If you’re still playing the game like we are, best of luck! Clash on!
