Vitality T20 Blast 2023 Squads and All Player List

The 2023 edition of T20 Blast is set to start tonight with a doubleheader. Derbyshire will take on Lancashire in the opening match, whereas Birmingham Bears will be up against Yorkshire in the second encounter of the day. This is the premier T20 tournament of England and some of the international stars will also make their presence known.

Hampshire won the last edition of the tournament where they defeated Lancashire by just 1 run in a thriller of a final. James Vince was the highest run-scorer of the side last season and he will do his best to help Hampshire win their second successive title. The batters love the tournament due to the flat nature of the tracks.

Batter Rilee Rossouw had a blockbuster season with Somerset last season which earned him a place in the South African team. Even Australian batter Chris Lynn had a record season with Northamptonshire. Interestingly, a player from Greece named Ari Karvelas has been signed by Sussex.

A total of 18 teams are taking part in the tournament and they are divided into two groups of nine teams each. The Top 4 teams from each group will qualify for the quarter-finals. It is quite intriguing that both semi-finals and final take place on the very same day at the same venue.
