De Gea on Rashford: Manchester United cruised to their seventh successive victory as they defeated Brighton 2-1.
Manchester United have been impressive under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer so far. The side registered their seventh win in as many games under his charge last night, as they beat Brighton 2-1.
Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford were on the scoresheet as United closes the gap between the fourth-placed Chelsea to three points. Manchester United are already level on points with Arsenal, who are fifth.
Rashford has stepped up brilliantly for Manchester United under Solskjaer, as the forward has scored five goals in six league games under the Norwegian.
In the game against Tottenham last week, Rashford’s goal made the sole difference between the two sides while De Gea made an incredible 11 saves to secure three points. And now, the Spaniard has commented on Rashford’s brilliant surge in form.
De Gea on Rashford:
Marcus Rashford has improved massively under Solskjaer’s guidance. The caretaker manager has, on multiple occasions, praised Rashford for his work ethic and attitude, and De Gea is the latest to appreciate the player.
The goalkeeper took to social media platform Twitter to express his opinion on the Manchester United youngster.
Here’s what he wrote:

Rashford made his 150th appearance for Manchester United and marked it with a brilliant individual goal.
Solskjaer, in the post-match press conference, made a massive claim over the player’s current form.
“You can argue for many strikers but I’m glad he’s in my team,” Solskjaer told the reporters in the press conference.

“Harry Kane is injured so maybe that gives him a better chance to be the best one at the moment.”
Solskjaer praised Rashford for his work rate and attitude while insisting that the youngster is playing the ‘best football in his career.’
“No one beats him on work rate, no one beats him on attitude and he’s very confident in front of goal at the moment.
