Denver Nuggets vs Minnesota Timberwolves Dream11 Prediction : Dream 11 Fantasy Tips for DEN vs MIN as The SportsRush helps you form the best possible Dream11 Team.

Denver Nuggets took a game off giving their best players a rest and now they are squarely in the middle of a fight with the Rockets and the Trailblazers for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th position in the Western Conference. They need a win tomorrow to get the 2nd position so their fate remains in their own hands and with a de-stable bottom half, of the conference, it is best to take the 2nd seed and see how the bottom plays out.

For Timberwolves this has been a season of transition once again after making the playoffs for a change last year. Jimmy Buttler had it with the young Wolves and their inconsistencies plus he felt slighted that they did not offer him the max extension when he became eligible last season, while they gave a max extension to Andrew Wiggins.

So Timberwolves dropped off the wagon and fired Tom Thibodeau. And this season was once again about developing the young ones. And it has paid off for Karl Anthony Towns who is dominating in his position but like Devin Booker in Phoenix, you have to ask, does it really matter? Can his numbers lead to wins? Only time will tell.

For now Timberwolves sit in the 11th place half a game behind the Lakers and a win will take them to 10th which isn’t much of a difference from 11th so they have no incentive either way except that their coaching staff and players can use a boost that defeating 2nd placed Nuggets would give.

Nuggets and Timberwolves Forms –

Both teams arrive in not so hot form, but it is more telling for the Nuggets with their playoff ambitions. Both teams come off 2 back to back losses and an identical 4-6 record in the last 10 games. Karl Anthony Towns is keeping his great numbers up and Andrew Wiggins also has improved his numbers, unfortunately the timing is no good as the season is lost. For the Nuggets, Jokic continues to hold his near triple double numbers and last few games have also seen Paul Milsap has picked up his numbers as Jamal Murray has plateaued a bit.

Dream 11 Tips: Denver Nuggets vs Minnesota Timberwolves :

Point Guard: Jamal Murray (14 Cr)

Jamal Murray hasn’t been in the greatest of forms over the last few weeks but at 10 Cr Tyus Jones the other starter doesn’t provide enough fire power to justify a cheaper selection by just a difference of 4 Cr. If Murray finds form, there aren’t many better at getting buckets and for that reason Murray makes the team.

Shooting Guards: Malik Beasley (8 Cr), Cam Reynolds (4.0 Cr)

Malik Beasley pushed his way into the team and with Gary Harris going from near all-star to barely a starter in the span of one season has helped his cause. Beasley is the leader for the second unit and its a formidable unit that Beasley helps facilitate and doesn’t too bad in scoring either. So he remains a handy pick.

Cam Reynolds is in the team because Butler left and playoff hopes were lost. Reynolds is a recent pick up for the team and has been getting good minutes as Timberwolves try to find fringe players who can be a part of the team in the long run. Reynolds is priced at only 4 credits he is averaging 12.5 points per game on Dream 11 and at that price its a value for money pick.

Small Forwards: Andrew Wiggins (15 Cr) and Torey Craig (6 Cr)

Wiggins like Russell Westbrook is perfect for Dream 11 because his efficiency and bizarre play on both sides of the ball doesn’t matter at all as long as he gets to his points and rebounds and he does that with ease. He averages 18 points, 5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game this season and his numbers have been even better in the recent few weeks.

Torey Craig over the last 3 games on dream 11 averages 24.5 points per game. At 6 credits that is quite handy and that alone is good enough to pick him up in your team for cheap.

Power Forward: Trey Lyles (7.5 Cr)

There are better picks at PF than Lyles with both teams offering better options in the likes of Milsap, Gibson and Saric. But all of them are at least 4 credits higher than Lyles and the real points in the game come from the Centers of both teams, who are only affordable through a cheap pick at power forward. I tried to get Milsap into my team but that wouldn’t be possible without dropping another Denver player as we will be filling up the Denver player quotas. One possible alternative is to drop Murray for Milsap and switching Tyus Jones in his place. I will leave that to you based on who you value higher: Lyles+Murray or Milsap+Jones

Center: Nikola Jokic (21 Cr) Karl Anthony-Towns (24 Cr)

Jokic is always around a triple double and has been scoring more as a deliberate effort and averages close to 40 points per game for the season on dream 11. So thats a lock.

Karl Anthony-Towns is a 30 point, 12 rebound lock most nights. Being guarded by Jokic will make his scoring easier and he has also improved his 3 point shooting immensely, so take the math of Jokic trying to keep up with Towns both inside and outside the paint and its not a rosy picture. Towns will get his 30 points and 12-15 rebounds and if he has a good night can easily assist close to 6 baskets. Thats a ton of points on Dream 11 so do not leave him off your team unless he is being rested.
