Eng vs Kos: Michael Keane howler gives Kosovo the lead in just 35 seconds vs England in the Euro 2020 Qualifiers match tonight.
England and Kosovo have never faced each other before tonight. There is therefore no history between the sides. However, striker Valon Berisha has penned a memorable goal for his team to begin writing the first page of their records.

England have won all their three qualifying matches so far. Kosovo, with 8 points sit behind them at second place. They have also managed to avoid defeat. Both teams are looking to continue their unbeaten run and will hope to sneak through a win in the process.
Kosovo’s unbeaten run goes 15 matches back that stretches to almost two years. England aren’t too shabby themselves. The Three Lions are yet to lose in a World Cup or Euro Qualifier match since October 2009.

With the match barely half a minute in, Michael Keane had a brain fade moment. The English side, gently passed the ball around until Keane played an extremely poor pass towards Harry Maguire. Kosovo’s Muriqi intercepted the ball slipped a pass to Berisha who kicked past Pickford to score the first goal ever between these two countries in only 34 seconds!

In the minutes since, England have regained control of the match through two of their most prolific players; Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane. Sterling equalised in the 8th minute of the match before captain Kane provided the lead a dozen minutes later.
At the moment. England look good for the win. However, it would be a fool’s errand to count the plucky Kosovans out of the game.
