Everton goal Vs Peru: Watch Everton score against Peru to gain 1-0 lead in Copa America final

Everton goal Vs Peru: Watch Everton score a goal against Peru to gain a 1-0 lead for Brazil in the final of the Copa America.

Brazil Vs Peru is the climax match of the Copa America tournament as both the sides want to achieve the silverware tonight. However, Brazil have gained an advantage in the 15th minute of the game.

It was expected by Brazil that it will try to do an early damage to Peru, in order to limit the underdogs in the game. The Brazilians were enjoying the possession, and tried to dribble past the Peruvian defenders inside their 18-yard box.

But luck favoured the Selecaos, as Everton drew the first blood in the match after firing the ball inside the net. Gabriel Jesus on the right flank was dribbling past the defenders from the opposition and he managed to go past them.

Then, Jesus found space and gave a lovely ball inside the box, the ball went to the far post, where Everton was unmarked, patiently waiting for the ball, and as soon as it reached to the 23-year-old forward, he smashed the ball inside the net to make it 1-0 in the game.

Thus, the Maracana was sent into raptures, as Brazil converted the first chance of the match. Right now, Peru seem nervous in front of the most successful national team in the world.

Considering the Samba kings won against Peru in the group stages by 5-0, it is possible they still might be under pressure after that night. Thus, Brazil is definitely taking advantage of the situation.
