Belgian GP 2020 Weather Forecast: What’s the weather forecast of Spa ahead of the qualifying and race this weekend with cars set to roll out.
Belgian Grand Prix has kicked off with two practice sessions been done on day 1. Multiple drivers showed their excellence on the track during the two sessions.
In FP1, Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton lead the grid, but Ferrari struggled to make an impact. On the other hand, in the FP2, Red Bull’s Max Verstappen outshone rest of the drivers, while Renault’s Daniel Ricciardo following him at P2.
But with Qualifying and the race set to be done, the two crucial days are yet to come. The weather forecast could be a differential in this scenario, so far, the weather hasn’t been a major factor since Styrian GP, where the rain made a huge impact in qualifying.
With rain, a skill set of a driver is usually tested, and it remains to be seen whether Belgium will present such test to the paddock on either of the days of Grand Prix.

As per the Formula 1’s weather forecast, showers are expected on both days, more likely on Sunday as the chances of rain are more than 80%. Hence, enhancing the chances of unexpected incidents and competition on the grid.

Conditions: Cooler, overcast and rainy at times with moderate showers expected. Amount of rain expected throughout the day: 3-8mm.
