British driver Lando Norris recently provided a hilarious response when asked to name three European tracks. The 23-year-old recently appeared on the latest episode of Grill the Grid, where the drivers’ geographic sense was being tested.
When asked to name three tracks in Europe, Norris replied, “Silverstone, Barcelona, Monza“. Even though all three names he initially stated were correct, for some reason he yet went back and corrected himself. When asked what was the problem, Norris casually replied, “Brexit“, much to everyone’s confusion.

Lando Norris earlier stated that Daniel Ricciardo ‘growls’
Lando Norris referring to ‘Brexit‘ as a track was not the first time he stated something strange. In another interview with Grill the Grid, he also referred to former McLaren teammate Daniel Ricciardo as someone who ‘growls’.
When asked to name three animals that growl, the Briton replied, “Daniel Ricciardo. Tiger. Lion“. And to make the moment all the more hilarious, he replied with a straight face.

Lando Norris has a disappointing start to his 2023 season
When it comes to results on track, Lando Norris has had a disastrous start to the 2023 campaign. The Briton has just scored 10 points and is currently ninth in the championship, 17 points behind eighth-placed Lance Stroll.
The 23-year-old’s disappointing performances are not exactly his fault as McLaren has also been way off the pace. While McLaren are currently fifth in the Constructors’ Championship, they have only scored 14 points and are already way behind the top four teams.
The British outfit is a whopping 64 points behind fourth-placed Ferrari and another 18 points behind third-placed Mercedes. Considering the start that Norris and McLaren have had, they will now hope to produce a comeback in the upcoming triple-header.
