“You keep me alive, thankyou very much”- Romain Grosjean grateful of Bahrain marshals who responded quickly to his accident on Sunday.

Romain Grosjean is fortunately healthy and alive despite a life-threatening crash in Bahrain, the quick response from the medical team and marshals, the escape of Grosjean was able to be pulled off.

Not to forget the French driver also made a quick escape from the car, which definitely helped him. Though, there were minor burns on his hands and ankles and was also seen limping while being supported by the medical team.

He was then quickly taken to the hospital after which Haas declared that Grosjean is fine and would be kept under observation in hospital. On Monday, videos of Grosjean in hospital appeared, with his hands being wrapped up in bandages.

He greeted everyone for their positive responses and prayers, which made his heart warm. In another video posted by Formula 1 on their social media handles, he thanked F1 marshals at Bahrain who saved his life.

Haas will have a different driver for Sakhir Grand Prix

It was announced by Haas on Monday that Pietro Fittipaldi will be driving in place of Grosjean in Sakhir Grand Prix, as he will not be for it in the following week.

Hopefully, he will be available for the last race of the season in Dubai. It will be his debut race in Formula 1, this is the third time in the season when a reserve driver would be racing in the main event.

Before in the season, Nico Hulkenberg gave three appearances for Racing Point this season for both Sergio Perez and Lance Stroll in England and Germany respectively.
