Football Manager 2020 is free to play for a week while to help football fans spend their time in isolation in order to tackle the Coronavirus spread.

The football fans wondered what to do without football, as Europe’s all elite league have been suspended at least till the first week of April. Now, the company owning the football manager game has made it easy.

According to the official statement by the Football manager, fans are allowed to play the game for free until the next week, i.e: 25th March 2020 to help fans remain in isolation.

“Football Manager 2020 is now completely free to play on Steam until 3PM (GMT) on March 25th for PC/Mac #FM20. Your season is beginning,” tweets Football Manager.

The move by Sega has definitely made the fans happy, as it is one of the highly played game in the world. moreover, it also costs $50 dollars, hence, fans who don’t own it would get a good look at it.

Moreover, this would also benefit commercially, since more fans might start liking the game and end up buying it, considering the outbreak might not slow down in April.

The effects of the Coronavirus in Europe has been massive and even many elite football players have been tested positive of it. So far, Valencia is the most hit club by the virus.

Meanwhile, Mikel Arteta is the only manager in the top-flight to be suffering from it. Seeing, the rate at which the professionals were becoming a victim of it, all the leagues agreed to suspend the games.

Moreover, even the Euro has been shifted to 2021 to give time to all football associations to end their domestic leagues once the virus slows down in Europe.
