Jingliu is one Honkai Star Rail 5-star Ice character that people look forward to seeing in the game. She will be debuting in the game soon, and here is all that we know about Honkai Star Rail Jingliu.

Honkai Star Rail just introduced the Jing Yuan banner, and players are still in the process of figuring things out. However, this hasn’t stopped leakers from discovering what is next for the game.

According to the latest leaks, Jingliu will make its way into the game. Along with that, leaks surrounding her skills, abilities, Eidolon, and release date have also been discovered.

Who is Honkai Star Rail Jingliu? What is her lore?

Jingliu was Jing Yuan’s master and one of the greatest sword masters. However, after a tragedy happened, she was driven mad. Despite facing some major hardships, she was able to prepare Jing Yuan for the kind of battles that were out there in the world.

According to the game, she is a 5-star Ice character, who is known to have a lot of power. In addition to that, she will also be able to attack multiple enemies and have a devastating AoE.

Jingliu release date

While there isn’t a concrete date on when she will make her way into the game, players can expect her to come with 1.1 banner. Honkai Star Rail 1.1 banner is likely to come out on June 7, 2023. In which phase of the banner will she make her way into the game, that is quite unclear right now.

Honkai Star Rail Jingliu’s abilities

The first set of leaks surrounding the 5-star character was given out by Mero which gave a hint of her abilities. However, they are subject to change. Having said that, this leak treads over her attack, skills, ultimate, talents, and technique.

  • Technique – Jingliu gains two stacks of ‘New Moon’ at the beginning of a battle.
  • Basic Attack: Feathered Frost – Deals Ice DMG to a single enemy and gains two stacks of ‘New Moon.’
  • Ultimate: Moonlit – Deals Ice DMG to one enemy and surrounding enemies. If Jingliu is in the ‘Transcendence’ state, she gains two stacks of ‘Moonlight’ after attacking. If not, she gains two stacks of ‘New Moon.’
  • Talent – With four stacks of ‘New Moon’, Jingliu enters the ‘Transcendence’ state and sacrifices the party’s HP to increase her ATK. During the ‘Transcendence’ state, ‘New Moon’ turns into ‘Moonlight’ and Jingliu obtains a new skill.
  • Skill: Moonlit River – Deals Ice DMG to one enemy and surrounding enemies. Consumes two stacks of ‘Moonlight.’

Jinglui Eidolon

In addition to everything that we know about Jingliu, leakers have also found her Eidolon. The leaks detailed her Eidolon and players should keep an eye out for what they can get when her banner releases.

  • The Moon Violates The Heavenly Gates: If only one enemy target is attacked when Jingliu casts an ultimate or enhanced combat skill, the damage originally caused to the adjacent target will also be dealt to the target enemy, causing Ice DMG equal to?% of the DMG an adjacent target would take.
  • Obscured Into Three: Skill level +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. NA level +1, up to a maximum of level. 10.
  • Half Hope: Ultimate level +2, up to a maximum of level 15. Talent level +23, up to a maximum of level 15.
  • Erosion in Lou: When Jingliu enters the state of [Transcendence], the number of stacks converted into [Moonlight] and the maximum stacks of [Moonlight] will be increased by ? stacks.
  • Illuminated Seven Stars: In the state of Transcendence, the ATK obtained by consuming Jingliu’s and teammate’s HP is increased by ?%, and the maximum ATK obtained is increased by ?%
  • Holding a Basilisk Candle: The DMG dealt by Jingliu in [Transcendence] state is increased by an amount equal to ?% of the maximum of [Moonlight] stacks.

While these leaks might look very exciting, players should be prepared for them to change by a margin when Jinglui is released in the upcoming banners.
