Pre-installation of the game’s update is easy. Players who play the game on an Android device can follow the steps given below to pre-download the update:
- Start the game
- Click on the button that’s on the bottom right side of the screen that reads “Resource Pre Download”
- A pop-up will ask players to confirm the pre-installation and the pre-download will start
For iOS, visit the App Store and download the latest file. iOS users should have enough space in their phones to have the pre-download of the game.
For PC
- Open the miHoYo launcher and update the client.
- Click on the Game Pre-Installation button on the left side of Start Game.
- Click Get Now to initiate the download.
Once the server has come back from maintenance, players can jump directly into the game. 1.1 update promises new characters, bosses, and an expandable area.
