Huge injury scare for Australia ahead of the 1st T20 against India

In a bad news for Australia, that is a bit hard to digest, their skipper Steven Smith picked up an infamous shoulder injury during the team’s training session on Thursday ahead of 1st T20 against India.

The opening fixture is all set to keep the fans at the edge of their seats tomorrow at MS Dhoni’s hometown Ranchi, JSCA Stadium.

Aussies have had an enough dry patch so far in India and their skipper’s minor shoulder injury made the situation from bad to worse.

Steve Smith was then taken to the local private hospital with immediate effect for a medical check-up. He underwent an MRI scan and finally was given a green signal by the doctor as the reports suggested that he is fit as a fiddle to play the 1st match.

However, Steve Smith being the top-notch fielder in the team would hope not to take calculated risks on the turf so as to save him continuing the tour.

Aussies have a good batsmen in their line-up to demolish India and that’s what they will be looking forward to announcing their arrival in the shortest format before it is too late.
