The best characters that might be suitable to wield the Ibis Piercer are:
1. Tighnari: Most good Tighnari builds require him to have a high Elemental Mastery and the Ibis Piercer ensures the same with its high EM passive, especially upon its refinement. The EM points help buff Tighnari’s Charged Attacks and Elemental Burst, thus increasing his overall damage output.
2. Venti: Venti has a lot of viable weapon options in the game, however, the Ibis Piercer is a good choice since it provides a good EM buff for him. In some ways, it is similar to the Windblume Ode weapon released as an event exclusive in v1.4. Moreover, the weapon has one of the highest ATK% substat among the four stars.
3. Fischl: Fischl is also an excellent choice for the weapon for an off-field Electro DPS build. With Fischl, players can optimize EM passive for the projectiles from Oz’s skill. This allows for effective damage output and synergy with other characters in the party.
